Chocolate is luxury. Chocolate represents love and romance. Cocoa beans have been around for millions of years but only until recent times, they were not utilized properly. In 1847, Joseph Fry created the world’s first modern chocolate. He was a founder of the now famous Cadbury brand. Being popular for almost 200 years, surely chocolates do mean something to us, either sentimentally or for consumption. Join us in our chocolate making workshop as we discover the differences between dark, milk and white chocolate before starting to craft one on our own.
